Brand new with tags. *****But does have some slight yellowing and cigarette smoke smell, which can be cleaned up from a dryer cleaner! ***** Never had alterations, only tried on once. It’s been in the bag since I bought it. Unfortunately I don’t love the dress as much as I did when I first bought it. I bought it for $1,758, I want at least $800 for it or OBO. Lots of lace and sequins.
