boocharm Yes! I don't have a problem with faux charms, they're great if you want to complete a look while searching or you just don't want to spend the $$ for a charm. But I don't like that faux are being sold as authentic whether a seller is aware or not. What I've decided to do with the ones I've realized are faux ( :( ebay & PM lesson learned! ) ...... I'm going to do a beginner/practice bracelet for my niece. At least they won't go to waste and she doesn't care if they're not authentic.

muznajaafari If you experience purchasing a fake you have the ability to return the item because it is counterfeit and that isn’t allowed on Posh. I have experienced this and had to go through the process of a return.

agroves02 @redvelvette not sure if you’ve seen this but it’s a great guide! Avoid the people on here that are selling tons of them. Logistically it doesn’t make sense and make sure to look at all of their items photos. Some of them will have pics of real ones and fake ones slipped in there

angelamarie14xo @muznajaafari I got denied a refund from Poshmark even though I was able to prove the murano charm that was sold to me was a fake (I took pictures in comparison to my REAL Muranos) as well as comparison videos of it glowing. Poshmark denied my refund. they make 20% off of all transactions so they don’t really care about the buyer :( I was able to go through my bank for refund though
