frenchyo8 @charley1013 they don’t always ask, it depends on the SA! I say I got it from a family member then they look up that name and it’s not in there and you reason it might have been a gift given to them by someone else. All I know is once you tell them you bought it preowned, they are more likely not to help you. It’s not official policy, just my experience as a VIC
