NWT with small, hard to notice imperfection to heart decoration on skirt (see last photo). Size small 95% cotton/5% spandex. Side zipper with halter tie straps. Straps, waist, trim and black detail to bird and heart decorations are velvet. Waist is 12.5 inches flat, bust is 15 inches flat, though fabric can stretch another 1-1.5 inches. Color is gray with pink polka dots and straps are different than shown on the model!
