J.Crew navy and white stripe knit scoop neck dress (maybe the Villa Dress) Nautical stripe. Casual and comfortable. Fitted bodice and elasticized, gathered waist. Buttons can be worn in the back or front. 70% cotton, 30% viscose. Machine washable. Appears to be in good pre-worn condition. Thanks for asking all of your questions prior to purchasing.
