risleye1 I'm trying to figure out how big the waist gets. I'm a 28 inch waist. It looks like the back is elastic? What about a hip measurement please? The tag says Small but your written ad says X-Large, so I'm confused. Thanks for helping me understand. My hips are 37 inches and I'm wondering if it'll fit.

palindrome365 @risleye1 Hello! When the waist is stretched to the max it is 16.5”. When the waist is relaxed it is 12.5”. The hips and hem are about 20” lying flat.
