Cloth floppy brim hat. Brim is mostly stiff but long enough where it does flop down in some areas when worn. White/ slightly cream color. Brown braided leather strap. Only worn to try on, slight makeup stains on front lining of hat. Purchased at urban decay. O/S Smoke free home
