Rare Vintage 1940's Handmade Clear Clutch

I've never seen another one of these in all the years I've been collecting. The bronze bead work is expertly done and it has stood the test of time. I've put some bubble wrap and a card in some of the pics to show the see throughness of the clutch If there's no beading, it's clear plastic. Remarkable. In very good Vintage condition with the seem on one side coming up very slightly, see please pic I'm making an educated guess on the age, but it might be earlier, more 1920's based on the design
