Fading/discolouring on the handles which is natural for this bag You can either 1) put a twilly on it OR 2) take it to Kaners (in Toronto) a bag repair shop and ask for Mo, the owner. He told me they can fix it with paint. Currently on ssense for $3370 CAD. This is an older version so strap is not detachable
