Gorgeous Tibi slacks, very flattering on! The color is definitely black but looks blue in some lighting. There is a side zipper, the hook and eye side closure needs to be fixed but otherwise the slacks are in fantastic shape and without flaws.
Fully lined. Fits like a US 2/4. There is no material tag but the material fees like a lightweight wool blend.
