amaliacoffieHi , I'm in the same bien , I have the same problem but I need the black earring you need the pink but I have both earrings , but one doesn't have the black bear its without it ...you're welcome to it if you can find some toys company to replace the pink bear ...let me know 😇😇😇

crogelHello, you can purchase one earring at the store. You can call a TOUS store and they will sell you that one earring you need. I believe they are having a sale at the moment. crogel@medranopct Of course anytime! Stores also do complementary cleaning and complementary redipings on vermeil (gold layer on silver) warranty for that doesn't matter even if its passed the 2 yrs warranty. As long as the item is authentic its complementary and that includes deep cleanings and polishings. I'll let you know 😁 thank you!
