Hello, you can purchase one earring at the store. You can call a TOUS store and they will sell you that one earring you need. I believe they are having a sale at the moment. If they don't have it in stock they can order it from Spain. Call TOUS located inside Florida Mall or if you have whatsapp you can text them.

@medranopct Of course anytime! Stores also do complementary cleaning and complementary redipings on vermeil (gold layer on silver) warranty for that doesn't matter even if its passed the 2 yrs warranty. As long as the item is authentic its complementary and that includes deep cleanings and polishings. I'll let you know 😁 thank you!

Hi ,
I'm in the same bien , I have the same problem but I need the black earring you need the pink but I have both earrings , but one doesn't have the black bear its without it ...you're welcome to it if you can find some toys company to replace the pink bear ...let me know 😇😇😇
