@cdefina2004 From armpit to armpit (around bust area) relaxed is 17in and when stretched would be around 22in. The waist relaxed is 14in and when stretch would be around 20in. The hips and below would be 17in when relaxed and around 23in when stretched. The dress was measured laying down from left to right.
