lquintal101 @bel19800410 Thanks for your reply. The first photo shows a solid blue colour. The second photo is a close up and shows a pattern. Is the pattern inside or outside of the skirt? I’d like to make a decision based on the fabric. Thank you.

bel19800410 @lquintal101 it's not see-through and it's 100% cotton and it has an elastic band and the fabric does stretch.. And it's the same for all three maxi skirts from Lands end..
