@c_rose15 Yes! However, if you’re still uncertain, the sizing at Rue 21 is comparative to other similar stores such as: forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Windsor, Delia’s, ect. Otherwise, if you search online I’m sure you’ll find their sizing chart. :)
