lattebill @amyrafique1 happy day..this vtg 60s hat does not have a inner tie to adjust but i do include sizing tape which can be perm or temp. its padded w stick optional that fits in under where the union label is. i hope that helps & also shipped in a box! tysm for visiting my closet❤ Tami 👡👡
