Vintage Sterling

It is a pin but easily converts to a necklace. Please see all photos for full description. I found it almost impossible to get pics without me or something else’s reflection in the silver. Just took the last pic to show size on a neck. I had to tighten the choker tight b/c it’s heavy and pulled down on the top of the velvet band but you could use something more sturdy to get that look.
