missstephlee@isaandfern The stone looks identical to a high grade clear diamond. Guaranteed no yellow/tinge. Yes, we can exchange it to the Rhodium if you don’t care for the gold. Yes, they can & are meant to be eventually replated. Plating realisticly lasts 6 mnths-1yr but I recently improved my e-coating (a sealant over it that gives the metal an extra layer of protection) so you get a little longer from it.

missstephlee@isaandfern Also, the Silver underneath the Rhodium doesn’t show the wear that much as both metals are a silver color. As the gold (or the rhodium on “white gold”) wears off the gold base underneath is yellow in color and contrasts showing the wear more distinctly.

gegnee

gegneeHi, May I see more photos of the white one? How much is the white one cost?

Aug 23Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@gegnee someone just bought the white one I tagged you in but I have one more made that’ll be up tomorrow. I’ll tag you in it when it’s up. It’s the last one I have until I have time to sit down & make more.

Aug 25Reply

tgarifi

tgarifi@missstephlee can this be sized to a 9?

Aug 27Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@tgarifi Bcz it’s got a gold plating over the silver it’s too difficult for me to size up that much after its made. A jeweler with a full shop can though.

Aug 27Reply

tgarifi

tgarifi@missstephlee ok. The silver one you can size up though?

Aug 27Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@tgarifi Going up 2 sizes is more than I can do without leaving marks on the band still. I’m fairly new & haven’t perfected it enough to feel comfortable with the marks on the end product to offer it. I may have a 6 prong ring that I can adjust up to a 9. I’ll go look to see if I still have it.

Aug 27Reply

tgarifi

tgarifi@missstephlee ok. I knew the silver one said could size up in the posting but wasn’t sure how much. My diamond band is a 9 but it’s a little lose. I just don’t want it to be too tight either.

Aug 27Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@tgarifi I haven’t done more than a full size up. I know I have a 6 prong solitaire silver ring somewhere. I’ll find it and tag you when I get a pic. It’s an 8 but I can make it to a 9 (or slightly under if you like). Give me an hour or so to find it.

Aug 27Reply

tgarifi

tgarifi@missstephlee ok

Aug 27Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@tgarifi I pulled it out but I had forgotten it’s for an oval which is why I hadn’t set it yet :/ I’m still working on Ovals & haven’t ordered the gems yet. I need to make more of these soon so I’ll do one in a 9 & tag you when listed.

Aug 27Reply

gegnee

gegnee@missstephlee how much is the white one?

Aug 28Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@gegnee Same but it’s my last one until I have time to make more so I’m not taking any offers on it at the moment, just $150.

Jan 13Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@joyosgood I do but I don’t have it in this one currently. I have a size 8 in my Swirl Solitaire though. Since I’m out of this size I would accept this price on my Swirl.

Jan 14Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@joyosgood I’m trying to have all my sizes restocked by end of Feb and I’ll have an 8 then.

barbarabutle432

barbarabutle432Hello.. I really like this ring..will you ever make it in a size 9?

Jan 23Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@barbarabutle432 I will make one with my next batch. I’ve already started my current batch which won’t be done until mid Feb, so it will be mid March. I’ll add yours to my request list & tag you when it’s ready. I have 1.5ct & 2ct ($10 price difference); which do you prefer?

Jan 23Reply

cay_posh

cay_posh@missstephlee do you size 1.30 -size 7 in gold setting and just curious if the gold setting will tarnish as time goes on? thank you

May 06Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@cay_posh 14k gold won’t tarnish. This is 14k gold over sterling silver (I can do. solid gold but it ups the price $400). The gold layer will eventually rub off & the silver underneath can tarnish if exposed. Most rings need to be replated every year or so if you’re wearing it a lot.

May 07Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@cay_posh I dint know what you mean for size 1.3, but I can make any size and do have size 7 made/available.

May 07Reply

tinkab25

tinkab25Do you have the 14k size 7 or .925? My other one is completely tarnished.

Jun 14Reply

missstephlee

missstephlee@tinkab25 I can make one in solid 14k gold (or platinum). Silver isn’t strong enough by itself to hold a hard gem such as Moissanite or a diamond & will the prongs will become loose as the hand bumps around in normal daily wear. I do make a Silver with Rhodium platinum over it (same plating as “white” gold uses). As the Rhodoium plating wears thin you can’t tell as much as they are both silver colored metals. I’ll msg you also about replating yours if you like.

isaandfern@missstephlee Hi! I'd like to purchase one of your pieces. If I don't like it in yellow gold can I exchange it right away for the white version? Also, how yellow does the stone look? Finally, how long before the yellow and or white gold wears off, and can you go to a jeweler and have them dipped or? Thanks in advance!!!
