@mandythebrat it is the seller’s choice whether or not they want to give you a discount or not, but if it’s a new posher; their first item someone purchases that item’s shipment is discounted. Typically everyone discounts things, but not everyone. Contact support and inform them if it was originally a new Posh user then you will get refunded for the extra shipment that you were charged.
