I am a 10 JCrew, Luckbrand and ordered a 12. The bottom is stamped a euro size 42 which typically translates to American 10. Will need to return. But very sad about it.

After reading the comments I sized up. I am a Jcrew and Luckbrand 10 but chose to size up to 12 for cushion. I received a 42 which is usually an American 10. I can’t even get My foot in it and when aligned with my other shoes it is definitely shorter in length. Sadly will need to return.

africangriot@nycmomster I have exceeded the amount of times of trying like hell to update my debit card with confirmation to my bank notification that yes it was me so now I have to wait I guess 24 damn hrs., before this janky system of theirs refresh my tries to be able to make my purchase, I'm heated because they need to maintenance this damn website but if it's a security measure I understand.....Please don't sell my size 14's.
