Brand new with zippered back! This is the listing for the black one (white pictures shown to show the back and details of the skirt - the white one is in a separate listing). These are all much smaller than the size listed. I bought these to wear the L myself and it’s very small and doesn’t fit. I would say the small is more like an XS if that helps base the other sizes!
