jerseyglam @dallasbug Hi! The waistband on these is super stretchy due to the elastic smocking. Laid flat measured one way across un-stretched the small waist is approx. 12 1/2" it stretches to approx. 16" (still one way). Hope this helps!

jerseyglam @wserianni Hi! Yes sorry I don't have any smalls left in stock. Laid flat measured one way across the medium waist is approx. 12 5/8". It's very stretchy due to the elastic smocking at the waist and will stretch to about double. Hope this helps!
