drw6369Hello! What is the defect in the strap? And does it fit comfortably under the armpit and over shoulder? I can't use a bag that's too tight across those areas. Thanks!

therting@drw6369 the strap is in perfect working condition but the design is supposed to look like snakeskin but I think it makes it look more worn. I think it fits comfortable under the arm if you don’t overfill it. I wanted to use it for work and had my laptop and notebooks and it didn’t sit right under my arm.
