Forever 21 t-shirt dress

Barely worn Forever 21 dress with partial cut-out back. Super cute and comfortable. This dress had only been worn twice. It is on the shorter side in length FYI. Color is off-white and black. No flaws that I can see. This dress looks cute by itself or with leggings and a black leather jacket
