Hi I still havenāt gotten the gold chain and I havenāt gotten a reply to my messages. I have a handwritten letter from you saying you would send the gold one so Iām not sure if that would be enough for customer support to allow me to return the silver? You sent me the silver in itās place bc I bought the gold then you notified me after that it was out of stock.
