caseymc1 Hi I still haven’t gotten the gold chain and I haven’t gotten a reply to my messages. I have a handwritten letter from you saying you would send the gold one so I’m not sure if that would be enough for customer support to allow me to return the silver? You sent me the silver in it’s place bc I bought the gold then you notified me after that it was out of stock.
