Just to make sure that I understand the pricing, the stickers are $25 per sheet - $ the number of stickers of each size on a sheet are the small/medium/large numbers in the description? Then when I purchase, do I tell you what size sticker? Does each sheet have to be added to a bundle individually - if I wanted more than one sheet of the same design - in same or different size? The reason I said no to customizing this one is because of how many changes you want to make, it would be easier and simpler to create a design to match what you are looking to do.
