This black lace dress is fully lined and has seaming details at the waist. The hem is 38", the chest is 17.5 " across laid flat, the waist is 15" across laid flat. Minor pilling in a couple of places and a couple of white marks inside the lining that do not show. See photos. Bra straps can snap in discreetly under the straps.
