@kburnell80 hello! Nice to hear from you again. I just measured the waist to be sure, it’s approx. 12.25” flat lay. These jeans are also stretchy. I’m not familiar with Judy Blue sizing, but I’d say these would run closer to a size 24 in stretchy KanCans.
