nisolohq @maddiallen They're suede, I recommend using Lincoln EZ cleaner and a nubuck brush. You can also weather proof them with Jak Snow Magic Spray. Nisolo has all of that on their website.

nisolohq @jjtytus oh no! So sorry about the mix up. Yes, you’ll have to go through Poshmark to file a claim and return. Once you return you can repurchase the correct size. I’ll be sure to alert our distribution center to keep a close eye on that!

nisolohq @rach7sunshine Hi there! The Lana boot in Brandy is a smooth leather so it would be more stiff at first than this Nutmeg color which is a nubuck leather and has a softer feel. All of our leather shoes do typically need to be broken in, but these would likely be a little bit easier to do!
