Charlotte Russe dress

This is absolutely gorgeous. Thin spaghetti straps. Crossover V neck with sequin empire band. Pleated sheer bodice hanging over a solid black lining. Bust flat 15” expanding to approx 18”. Length 32”. There are a few insignificant snags near the bottom, but are hidden in the pleats (see last photo) and not noticed when wearing since this hangs so nice! TPL50
