Would this fit a size 8? Do you have hip measurements?

@artgirlonfire hi there, yes, I believe this would fit a standard Size 8. I know sizing can be tricky, I’m busty, so I normally need to size up to a 10, the hip measurements laying the item flat were 23” & bust is 19”.
