annmargaret2015 @tatulisenok hi the length of the shirt from the back of the top of the collar to the back of the bottom of the shirt is 33 and a half inches, the length from Underarm to underarm is 23 inches, i will go home and i measure the sleeve length for you... yes 45 is a big size lol this was my husbands shirt i can put a picture of it on him in the listing also if youd like for reference.
