NWOT, has never been worn, Monteau navy blue blouse, size medium. This top is a very cute top that is perfect for dressing up, for work, or for business attire. It's flowy and has a button on the back for closure. The collar bone area has cut-outs as part of the design. This top has the potential to fit someone who wears a size large normally.
