Then they turn the shoe right side out, insert the extra cushioned footbed & result is a flexible shoe that cradles your foot. I fell in love w/the comfort, then bought 2 more pair. Pebble embossed coral/salmon. Purchased new w/ one small flaw on toe as pictured. I cleaned and disinfected the footbeds and washed the logo/lettering off. Still would say EUC.
