Beautiful vintage hi-low floral dress

It’s really hard to part with this dress, but in reality I haven’t worn it in years! I’m 5’2” and I would wear bike shorts with this because the front is short. Super pretty dress nonetheless! Also it has shoulder pads that you can cut out if you please.
