I'm a 27 inch waist usually a size 4 in pants and jeans. and i take the s/m. the m/l fits me too but a bit baggy in waist area. they are so stretxhy and fit so great. so comfy. hope that helps. they ard high waisted too

ivoryelephant7@rhibert the s/m inseam is 26” and m/l is just about 26.5” , really not too much difference. I’m 5’4” and I take the s/m. I weigh 135 lbs and 26/27” waist. Fit amazing. Love these pants ❤️
