Jovani Mermaid Dress

This is a prom/party/special occasion dress by Jovani worn three times over its lifetime. It is stored in a garment bag and needs a fresh new life. It is very delicate and it zips midway in the back. The back of the dress ties into a large bow (see picture 7). A small area in the front needs to be stitched (see picture #5), but it isn't noticeable unless pointed out. The dress is NOT detachable. The color is Cyan, a greenish-blue or a bluish-green, but some may see it as turquoise - depends on who's looking at it.
