@jacollings I’d get the medium or small but not large if you want support. Im 56, 36D w/perky girls, that’s because I’ve always worn a comfy, no wire bra to bed (best advise my auntie gave me, she’s a plastic surgeon). Hope this helps in terms of proper sizing:-)
