Lovely detail black fringe skirt features subtle diagonal fringe for a more interesting look. Great condition, may have some small wear and tear on fringe pieces, however I didn't notice any upon inspection. Love this skirt, just a bit too small now. Pet-free smoke-free home

tippytoestiffy@andreagross700 Thank you for your patience. waist: 14 inches hips: 17 inches length: 17 inches (+ a bit longer fringe, approx 1inch) The material of the skirt is very stretchy, however, where the fringe is sewn on, it is less stretchy, it probably gives a couple of inches stretch at most. My hip measurement is about 40 inchs, and it does fit on, but when the fringe moves, you can see where the seems are too tight on my legs. I'd be happy to answer any other questions. x
