2/$10- O’Neill- Scoop Neck High Low NEEDS REPAIR

Beautiful dress! I hate to part with this but there is a tear at the seam that needs to fixed. Normally I would have my grandma (and amazing seamstress) fix this but COVID ruins everything. If someone has the skills to fix this, it will well worth it! This floral dress is super cute and very flattering. I have 2 other dresses that need repair!
