hi! serious inquiry- my daughter has this picked out for Christmas. im torn over a medium or large for her. 5"11 and 125 lbs. what is your exchange policy? and what size would you recommend?

@erinheyne I recommend getting a coat that fits her well and measure from pit to pit and also measure the shoulder to the end of the sleeve. Based on her weight I would recommend a medium but if she has long arms the medium may not work. I’ll update the listing with measurements for you to compare.
