@cherokee4winds hi! I do consider this thicker than your average sweatshirt but when I think “fleece lined” I think of a lot thicker than this is, it’s not a thick fur or fuzzy material inside, just a soft sweatshirt material!
And in my opinion it runs relatively true to size but leaning towards a bit smaller than a typical medium since it is an older style so i think they’ve changed their criteria and made things fit differently in the years since
