@caligiuri1969 Hello! So the waist is elastic so it does have stretch. Laying flat for the medium im getting 14"/14ยฝ" across for the waist. I'd add at least an inch to that because of the elastic waist. For the large im getting 15/15ยฝ" laying flat. Again add an approx inch or more for the elastic waist.
