City Chic Black Maxi Dress

Black Maxi Dress with sleeves that can go on or off the shoulder. At 5’10” the dress will hit at about the ankles and has slits up to the knees to show some legs. Elastic waste that sinches right under the chest, allows for a comfortable and flattering fit. Never worn, but no longer my size.
