@linda6767t6t3w4 sure, although I wear a 12/14 and Nordstrom listing advises that this dress 'runs large'.

@linda6767t6t3w4 also would NOT advise altering as it would be difficult and costly! the layers and fabric would not lend well to alteration... IMHO.
