The back has a Diamond cut Crystal rhinestone image of Billy Idol's face surrounded by rocker patches with the lyrics "In the midnight hour" and "She cried More, More, More". The left sleeve has a star patch and a "1981" patch, the year Billy Idol came on the scene. It also has a very large "Rebel Girl" in Diamond Cut Crystal Rhinestones.
