Vintage Black & Olive shirt dress

Leslie Fay 80s/90s does 50s vintage poly dress. Fabric covered buttons all the way up the front. Elastic at waist and thread belt loops at each side. Fabric has a slight sheen so looks brownish but is very black. Hook and loop at front waist, loop has come out on one side. No other issues. Shown on small model, exact match belt incl -black belt is not. Fabric does not stretch.
