Beautiful vintage high waist black and white plaid skirt with buttons - I believe the buttons were made to be in the back from the tag placement, but you can wear it either way you’d prefer! Tag says 10 in vintage sizing so it’s more like a small. Has size zipper closure and belt loops. In excellent condition. Waist flat 13” Total length 33” Price is lowest 💕
