Navy top with white tie

Navy top with peplum bottom, cinched waist with a white tie accent. Could go great with a nautical themed or preppy-style outfit. Good condition, but does have some slight wear marks- see last photo. Could work for a small baby-bump/maternity style since it is so loose on the stomach.
