Cocktail party dress

NWT - Short black appliqué top cocktail party dress with satin like bottom and a tulle underlay to give the skirt some flare. This dress has a zipper back and no give. See picture of chart for measurements, my dresses do tend to run small so,please verify your measurements before you order. The chart is your total circumference somif you are using the laying flat method you need to double your number. Ex - armpit to armpit laying flat 17” , then you need to look for a bust measurement on the chart of 34” ….
