divadiana @wendyjenkinssto pit to pit measurement is 19 inches, and the the length on this is different because of the style but the shortest length is 22 inches measured collar to hem. It is a sheer burned out velvet so you definitely need to layer it with leggings or heavy tights for the best style. And this is a boutique so all items are brand new and ordered directly from wholesalers. This was ordered directly from POL wholesaler. Let me know if you have any more questions.
